The Balanced Athlete (free group run and walks)
Located in historic downtown Kent Washington (only a 5 minute walk from Kent Station), is a locally owned store for your running, walking, fitness, and triathlon needs in South King County.

Cascade Orienteering Club - If you like navigating through the woods, then orienteering is the sport for you!
Orienteering is a sport in which you use a map and compass to navigate a course through unfamiliar terrain.  We have courses for newcomers at all of our meets and friendly people to give advice and instruction.

Interurban Runners Club - Kent Valley running club
Interurban Runners Club is an organization for runners of all ages and abilities. The club provides the opportunity to meet other runners and improve running performances through regular workouts. The Club also organizes social gatherings and outings for members and there families and friends. Everyone is welcome!

Friends of Soos Creek Park
Friends of Soos Creek Park is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteer members who take a pro-active role in preserving and extending the Soos Creek Trail Park and who sponsor and lead park clean-ups and interpretive walks for public education about the importance of wetlands specifically and undisturbed nature generally.

Chaperones needed.  Cascade Challenge brings teenagers together to overcome racism and alienation in their high school. We do this through adventure travel. As adventure travel companions, our youth learn trust and teamwork as they overcome challenges together "out there."  Call 206-459-7220.
