Print form and mail with check or call the proshop at 253 856-5199 to pay over the phone with a credit/debit card.
- Entry fee of $130.00 includes green fees and range balls.
- Tournament open to teams consisting of one Amateur and one Professional or two Amateurs.
- Competition consists of 18 holes of better ball play. Prizes will be awarded for both gross and net scores, to a minimum of the top 16 teams, based on a full field.
- Tournament open to players with an established and verifiable USGA handicap index. Handicap revision deadline is November 18th, 2009. The tournament committee has the right to adjust any handicap indexes. There is a handicap differential of no more than 6 strokes for this event.
- Paid entry fee refund deadline: November 19th, 2009.
- Pairings will be available on riverbendgolfcomplex.com by Thursday, November 19th 6pm.
- Pairing requests will be honored if both team’s entry fees are paid in full.
- Based on a full field of 60 teams, the prize fund may be $4,000.00. All merchandise gift certificates must be redeemed at Riverbend Golf Complex. Amateur certificates will be available Monday, November 30th, 2009.
- Checks for Professionals winnings will be mailed out 2 weeks after event.
- All additional forms of competition will be paid out in gift certificates.
