Over 450 students participate in this free downtown art walk during mid-March.

Hands-on art projects and entertainment for families; children must be accompanied by an adult.  First Saturday of March.

Local students grades 1st through 12th team up with professional actors to bring musical theater to life after one week of intensive rehearsals.

An exhibition of prints, photographs, paintings and works on paper by regional artists is displayed in the Centennial Center. The gala reception is the opening event for the Arts at Cornucopia Days.

The Splash takes place on July 4th at scenic Lake Meridian Park, 14800 SE 272nd Street in Kent, from 12 noon until the last firework is lit.

The Kent Cornucopia Days 5k Fun Run will take place at Three Friends Fishing Hole, located at 20025 Russell Road, on Saturday July 11, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

Enjoy 20 free performances in Kent's beautiful parks with fantastic music and theatre, July through August.

Bring your lawn chair, blanket and popcorn and join us for movies at Town Square Plaza.

The First Avenue Merchants invite you to their annual block party,
on the second Friday of September, between Gowe and Titus in historic downtown Kent.

Music, theater and dance performances from around the world, presented between September and April.

Kids can show off their costumes and participate in craft projects with professional artists.  Last Saturday of October.

Run in the annual 5K/10K Christmas Rush Fun Run and Walk. This all-ages race features long-sleeved t-shirts, a flat and scenic course, live music, prize drawings and awards.

The annual Holiday Bazaar features more than 100 vendors selling hand-crafted specialty items and gifts.
