The Kent Downtown Partnership has donated four artist-made bike racks to the City Art Program.

Designed by Kristin Tollefson, the new bike racks are located at 4^th & Gowe; 1^st & Gowe; 1^st & 1^st Avenue Plaza; and 2^nd & Meeker.
